Responsabilita: Responsabilities: Manage user requests across multiple channels, including chat, telephone, e-mail, and social platforms, ensuring consistent support and information for each contact.
Coordinate constantly with professional operators to align availability, booking details, and service delivery, avoiding discrepancies between customer expectations and operational capabilities.
Monitor and process each support ticket so that it is handled professionally, precisely, and punctually, in line with defined service standards and procedures.
Requirements: Fluent english, allowing accurate and confident communication with international customers across all supported service channels.

Readiness to work Full Time on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 20:00, with the flexibility required to follow the predefined scheduling framework.
