You understand what our clients require insights on and perform the right analyses to deliver clear action points, in collaboration with other senior team members.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior colleagues from project proposal to final results’ presentationPlay an active role in the delivery of projects including questionnaire design, sample definition, analytical plan and report, under the supervision of a senior team memberCooperate with all company functions (Operations, Sales, Data Scientists, etc.) to execute projects with proper timing and high-quality deliverablesConduct verbal presentations of key findings to the client, supervised by a senior colleagueMaintain daily contact with clients, understand needs and gather information, proactively identifying opportunities to share with the Sales teamRequirementsDegree (preferably Sociology, Statistics, Psychology, Economics)Ideally 1 to 3 years as a Quantitative Market/Ad-hoc Researcher in a Research Agency (preferably with Brand & Communication expertise)Italian native, fluent in written and spoken EnglishGood planning, organ
