Missoni is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Digital team, a role that sits at the intersection of data and strategy, with real room to grow from execution into strategic ownership. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM and working closely with the e-commerce, retail, and IT teams, the ideal candidate combines analytical rigour with a sensitivity to go-to-market dynamics that shapes the brand's direction across international markets.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of multichannel digital marketing campaigns across international markets
- Support local partners in trade marketing activities, including the set-up of digital advertising campaigns in alignment with the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, and the production of dedicated performance reports on agreed initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance through web analytics and marketing analytics tools and dashboards, producing reports to support decision-making
- Contribute to the monitoring and optimisation of media budget allocation across digital channels
Tracking & Technology
- Contribute to the management of the site tracking infrastructure, supporting operational activities related to GA4 and Google Tag Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail environments
- Good knowledge of major digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4), tag management (Google Tag Manager), and dashboard visualisation
- Good knowledge of Google Search Console, Merchant Center, Google My Business, Clarity, Highstreet, and CJ Affiliates
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to produce reports and dashboards
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to work in international and cross-functional environments
