The Corporate Functions drive and support the Group’s business operations. They include Global Finance, Global Procurement, Global ICT, Global Human Resources, Global Legal, Compliance & IP, and Global Communications & Public Affairs. The Transformation Office ensures strategic alignment and a customer‑centric, data‑driven approach. The Strategy, Sustainability & Growth Department defines the One Chiesi Strategy and allocates resources for long‑term, sustainable value.
