The Project Leader manages a team of Group Leaders and Engineers, reporting to the Project Engineering Manager and the Head of Department for resources and deliverables. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and discuss the project execution strategy with the Project Team and the Head of Department, including the schedule, and ensure its implementation throughout the project lifecycle. For specialized topics, Project Leaders are supported by Group Leaders; Coordinate design and drafting activities of the Piping Group, ensuring high quality and timely completion within man-hour budgets; Update and submit manpower requirements to the Head of Department based on the project schedule; Conduct technical training for piping personnel to promote professional growth; Organize meetings with piping personnel to inform them of project progress; Ensure standard drawings are amended and updated as necessary; Implement contract requirements through established work specifications, standards, and instructions; Review critical design items; Coordinate with other Project Leaders on needs and technical issues affecting the schedule; Collect and update progress reports of all piping activities related to the project; Provide feedback to the Head of Department on issues arising from standard methods and work instructions; Share experience with the team on new design and drafting techniques.
