John Deere Italiana serves as our Sales and Marketing branch for Italy and supports our dealers to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our Dealer Development Department is looking for a Dealer Implementation Advisor Your Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of the various dealer systems and with the team develop and deliver respective trainings. - Coordinate communication and problem solving between Dealer personnel, Deere stakeholders and ERP implementation partners to ensure effective execution - Together with Dealer Technology managers provide implementation and on-going support - Provide project management support on the dealer digitalization journey and related processes - Support requirement definition and testing for area of responsibility, strengthen the data value with PowerBI reports What Skills You Need: - Good skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution - Enthusiastic team player with strong organization skills, able to work in different environments - Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Similar Experiences - Experience in sales, marketing, commercial and/or CRM/ ERP environment - Flexibility as frequent business travel is necessary for the position - Good language capabilities in Italian, Spanish and English What You’ll Get: - an attractive compensation package including variable pay program - flexible working solutions to balance family and career - development and learning opportunities to support current needs and future aspirations .
