Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in San Quirino for a Salesperson at Military AutoSource. The Salesperson will build and maintain relationships with military personnel, guide prospective customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored recommendations, preparing quotes, managing transactions, and staying informed about automotive product offerings. Collaboration with internal teams and representing the company’s mission of trust and transparency are integral to the role.
Qualifications
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to actively listen, negotiate, and build lasting relationships with a diverse customer base.Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales, automotive retail, or customer service to engage and assist customers effectively during the sales process.Product Knowledge and Adaptability: Familiarity with the automotive industry, U.S. specification vehicles, and the ability to adapt to evolving customer preferences and needs.Problem‑Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to address customer concerns, provide solutions, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Other Relevant Skills: Team collaboration, professionalism, and a dedication to upholding the company’s values of trust, respect, and superior customer service.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the needs of U.S. military members, and experience in working with overseas communities, considered advantageous.
