PReporting to the EMEA CFO, the Director of FPA EMEA will lead a regional team responsible for consolidating, compiling, and analyzing the organization’s short-term and long-term financial planning activities across the EMEA region. /ph3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive Compensation and Benefits /liliPay Transparency /li /ulh3Tasks and Qualifications /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the process timeline, management, and EMEA consolidation of the AOP, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, strategic projects, and results reporting. /liliMaintain and evolve complex financial models supporting Dematic EMEA’s operating plans and projections. /liliEvaluate profit and cost efficiencies across the organization. /liliProvide analysis of risks, opportunities, sales performance, pricing trends, and business direction, focusing on regional segments. /liliIdentify trends, analyze key metrics, and present findings to senior management. /liliPartner with executive management to develop assumptions for expenses and capital expenditures. /liliEstablish relationships with FPA and Controlling teams at the Group level for transparency and reporting. /liliRefine and lead the monthly financial reporting process. /liliDevelop and mentor financial analysts. /liliImplement improvements to reporting efficiency and productivity. /liliEnhance tools used by site management for business operations. /liliEnsure smooth execution of Operations Review presentations. /liliSupport financial assessments for large projects. /liliManage regional operational performance presentations to senior leadership. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven FPA leadership experience across EMEA in a matrixed organization. /liliStrong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills with attention to detail. /liliExperience preparing presentations for Board and senior management reviews. /liliProficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and knowledge of INFOR or Hyperion is a plus. /liliBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or financial qualification preferred. /liliSignificant experience managing teams and working in complex, global organizations. /liliInternational experience and prior work in publicly traded companies are advantageous. /li /ulh3Other Attributes /h3ulliProactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliAbility to influence and build relationships across functions. /liliLeadership potential and ability to work under strict deadlines. /liliFluency in English; proficiency in Italian or other EU languages is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
