The IT Business Analyst & PMO Support Intern plays a key role in supporting the company’s Customer Centricity Program, with a particular focus on the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
This position works closely with HQ, local teams, and external partners to ensure efficient management of product data and alignment across markets.
The role also contributes to project coordination (PMO) and the development of dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making related to product information and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer centricity Program Support
1. Support the governance and operational activities related to the Customer Centricity Program.
2. Collaborate with business and IT teams to facilitate effective and consistent management of product information within the IT platform.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating product data, ensuring that data flows and structures align with company standards and requirements.
4. Collect and consolidate local business needs, contributing to the integration and continuous improvement of the global customer centricity system.
5. Participate in training sessions and subsequently provide first-level support to internal users.
2. PMO & Project Coordination
6. Provide operational and organizational support to the Customer Centricity Program across multiple functions.
7. Monitor project progress related to the different initiatives, prepare reports, and follow up on key actions.
8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between HQ, local teams, and third-party partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
9. Gather and analyse data from multiple company systems.
10. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and support decision-making.
11. Assist team members in interpreting data and leveraging analytics tools for operational and strategic insights.
Qualifications
12. Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or economics.
13. Strong skills in Excel.
14. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
15. Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
16. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
17. Strong interest in IT&Digital Business Platforms.
18. Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
