The role focuses on proactive outreach to businesses and professionals to schedule sales appointments for the account team.LocationReggio Emilia (RE)ResponsibilitiesConduct proactive contact with companies and professionals based on defined lists and targets.Set commercial appointments for the direct team.Accurately record activities and data in the CRM.Achieve performance KPI targets (number of contacts, appointments set, quality of interactions).QualificationsStrong persuasive skills, excellent communication and listening abilities.Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably at automotive dealerships.Benefits12‑month fixed-term contract in temporary agency recruitment.Level 4, CCNL commercio, plus meal vouchers.Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑12:30 and 13:30‑17:30.Electronic lunch voucher: €7.50 per day of actual work.
