Based in Rome, this role partners closely with senior leaders and managers across multiple regions across Europe and Asia, providing strategic and practical people support in a complex, multicultural, and geographically distributed environment.You will help leaders build strong, engaged teams, navigate change, and ensure a consistent, positive employee experience
- while respecting local cultures, labour markets, and legal requirements.Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global leaders on people‐related topics, including organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.Contribute to the continuous improvement of people practices across our global regions.Talent & Performance ManagementPartner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruitment planning and decision‐making across regions.Lead or support succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning for key roles.Promote consistent, fair, and high‐quality people management practices globally.Support employee engagement, culture, and change initiatives across multicultural and remote teams.Policies, Compliance & RewardEnsure compliance with local labour laws and employment practices, working closely with Legal and global P&C colleagues.Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement, retention, and organizational health.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.~ Confidence partnering with senior leaders and working independently on complex people matters.~ Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.~ High cultural awareness and sensitivity when working across regions.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.1 year fix term contract with possibility of extension~ Health check up reimbursement with annual max cap~ Milestone Bonus + Travel certificate for every next 5th anniversary of employment at GCC~ Baby giftsWork closely with senior leaders in an international, mission‐led businessBy applying to this ad, you would be automatically giving Grand Circle your consent for processing your data in recruitment process.
