Job Description: Under the general guidance of the Executive Housekeeper or any other authorized by the management, ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry and Uniform Issue areas in accordance to the hotel standards. - Monitor and follow up on Uniform Issue and all guest dry-cleaning and laundry requests. - Ensure that all guest laundry and dry-cleaning items are delivered to the guestrooms properly wrapped and in line with standards. - Carry out basic tailoring tasks for guests, such as fixing tears, hemming garments, or reattaching buttons. - Perform similar minor repairs for staff uniforms when needed. - Make sure the washer and dryer machines are used correctly. - Ensure proper operation of the presser and the ironing machine. - Keep the Executive Housekeeper informed about any issues or concerns related to laundry operations.
