The role involves conducting test cycles, ensuring compliance with international standards for biocompatible dental products, and collaborating with the Quality, Materials, and Strategy teams.Responsibilities include operating 3D printers and scanners, analysing results, and proactively suggesting test methods and process improvements.Candidates must have a degree in physics or materials science, with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and familiarity with electromechanical devices.Support of other materials research team members during projects in:Writing work instructions and test protocols for quality control purposes,Contributing to the development of quality test methods for production,Hands-on surface testing using different methods (SEM/EDX/WLI/contact angle),Writing test protocols for external test laboratories,Writing test reports based on surface testing and results analysis,Additionally:Assisting team members with handling different material research-related tasks/projects.Supporting compliance activities related to Materials ResearchAnalysing surface measurement results, including statistical analysisESSENTIAL EXPERIENCEExperience with SLA 3D printing (not mandatory but a plus)Knowledge of photopolymer materials, particularly for biocompatible applicationsData analysis and reporting skills to interpret test results and produce technical documentationFamiliarity with modeling and simulation software (e.g., CAD, FEM analysis software)Experience with measurement and quality control tools, such as 3D scanners and inspection software (e.g., 3Shape)Experience with hands-on testing of material surface is an advantageCreates new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues.
