We are seeking a commercially focused Account Development Executive to lead growth within the public charging and retail segments in Italy. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping a cleaner, smarter mobility future. Responsibilities include: Leading business development efforts across public infrastructure, retail chains, real estate, and hospitality sectors. Cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler. Shaping go-to-market strategies based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges. Driving positioning in RFPs/tenders and negotiating high-value opportunities aligned with client goals. Representing the company at industry events, forums, and associations to build visibility and influence. Collaborating cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience in high-tech B2B sales (e.g., energy, mobility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors). A hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business and closing large, strategic deals. Solid understanding of Italy’s public EV charging landscape, from municipalities to private site owners. Excellent communication and relationship management skills at senior levels. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex solutions into client value. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
