Frosinone, ITWhat are we looking for: The Operations Coordinator oversees and supervises warehouse employees and drivers to make sure all items are prepared, shipped, and received on time while complying with company policy. They act as a liaison between workers and management and report on shipping activities and issues. What you will do: On this position there will be different fronts you are going to be working with: Logistics: - Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers. - Organize and maintain delivery schedule daily with efficiency route planning. Quality and Safety Control: - Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage. - Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis. - Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met. Administration: - Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules. - Responsible for inventory management and control. - Able to enter orders into SAP, interact with customers, load/unload products, and move product within the warehouse as needed. What you need to succeed: Professional Experience: - 3 years of operational and people management experience in logistic. - 1 inventory management experience. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment. - Desired: SAP. Knowledge: - Building materials market. - High level of English. - Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal/external communications, however, is not a must. Academical Background: - Completed High School or equivalent (at least). - Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
