Ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSet, manage, and report on all activities connected with programmatic buying campaigns. /liliDevelop strategic relationships with internal and external clients. /liliPromote programmatic adoption internally, focusing on programmatic media (CTV, DOOH, web radio). /liliMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc. /liliMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 2‑3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including display, CPM, and CPA models. /liliPrevious experience within a trading desk is a strong plus. /liliKnowledge of the programmatic buying ecosystem and of ad‑server tracking systems. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and Outlook. /liliFluency in written and spoken English. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAbility to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. /liliAbility to review campaign details carefully, work with limited supervision, and work effectively with team members. /liliAbility to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change. /li /ulh3Pay Range /h3pSalary range: €31,000 - €40,000 (CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level).
