Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our financial operations in Italy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local tax regulations.
* Supervise external accounting and tax service providers, managing their activities effectively.
* Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability.
* Oversee cash flow and treasury operations, ensuring efficient management of company funds.
* Manage the statutory audit process, ensuring all requirements are met and providing support during audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certified Accountant or CPA with a strong understanding of Italian tax laws and regulations.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
* Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using tools such as Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
