You will help shape the strategic sourcing approach within the new structure and mentor the procurement team.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and production requirementsSelect, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitivenessLead cost optimization initiatives through value engineering, design-to-cost, and total cost of ownership analysisCollaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to support product development and operational efficiencyMonitor supplier performance and manage risks to ensure continuity of supplyPromote digitalization and data‑driven decision‑making in procurement processesEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including sustainability standardsSupport development and mentoring of procurement team membersParticipate in quarterly sourcing meetings across the Business Area to share best practices and align on strategic initiativesCoordinate with sourcing managers from other companies to benchmark performance and identify joint opportunities for improvementQualificationsDegree in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 in strategic sourcing in manufacturingStrong xjrgpwk knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier development, and cost analysisProven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skillsExperience with ERP, PLM systems and digital procurement toolsFluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plusExperience in multi‑company or Business Area‑level coordination is a strong assetAdditional RequirementsCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleDiversity & InclusionPerformance driven organizationInternational environment
