HSPI S.p.A. is a strategic and management consulting company founded in 2003, now part of the TXT Group, a multinational operating in the engineering and IT sectors.
We are looking for a PMO Financial Analyst to join a structured team supporting the projects of a major national client.
Main Responsibilities:
Periodic monitoring of project financial progress, with a focus on timelines, costs, and milestones
Analysis of variances between the purchasing plan and actual procurement, assessing the impact on project timing and budget
Support in collecting and aggregating data to produce weekly, monthly, or ad hoc reports
Preparation of clear and effective financial reports (CPI, SPI, EAC, etc.) using tools such as PowerPoint, aimed at both internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration with Project Managers, planners, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between the operational and financial plans
Support in the use and/or configuration of project planning and control tools (e.g., Primavera P6)
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar Project Control roles, preferably in complex sectors (infrastructure, ICT, energy, engineering)
Knowledge of key project performance indicators (e.g., Earned Value Management: CPI, SPI)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with or a willingness to learn tools such as Primavera P6
