You will directly report to the team leader Sales Controlling, provideextensive commercial support to our global Sales Controlling team in the corecontrolling processes and work on sales related projects.
Inaddition to this, you will act as business partner for our digital business& retail business teams, which makes this role very varied and exciting.
YourTasks
1. Financial Planning & Analysis:Supervise and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process in your area of responsibilitydevelop and manage financial models for our digital & retail business areas
2. Performance Monitoring & Cost Control:Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitabilityMonitor and control costs ensuring alignment with budgetary target
3. Reporting:Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and performance indicators and empowering decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights
4. Business Partnership & Strategy Support:Provide commercial support and business partnership to the Digital Business and Retail Teams, helping to drive strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
5. Team Support:Support the global Sales Controlling team in operational tasks and project work, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of deliverables
6. Controlling Excellence:identify and contribute to implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales controlling activities
Yourprofile
7. 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling
8. Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts
9. High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. High team spirit and willingness to integrate
12. Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial
13. High level of interest and enthusiasm in dealing with new technologies
14. Fluent in Italian and English; German language skills are advantageous.
