Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A; Internship | 6 months | Start date: September 2026

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A; team . You will have the opportunity to work on a large transformation project in a truly fast‑paced international environment that is constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:

- Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross‑functional strategic initiatives with high business impact.
- Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans.
- Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives.
- Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

You are the right person if you:

- Are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments.
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data.
- Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Speak English; additional languages are a plus.

- 6 months internship at our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
- €1000 monthly gross reimbursement.
- Full‑time experience , Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally).
