Key Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
● Share documentation, software updates, and instructions.
● Visit customer sites for hands-on support.
● Collect industry trends and customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
● Strong knowledge of electronics, IT, or networking, with hands-on system debugging experience.
● Experience with LED display control, video processing, or Pro-AV systems preferred.
● Proficient in software operation and device configuration.
