You will propose bold concepts, own creative direction, and manage the end-to-end production process.ResponsibilitiesArchitect the Dual-Brand Strategy to reinforce each other without cannibalization.Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that redefine the self-help space.Define editorial lines for each platform: YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity).Lead end-to-end production: write hooks, storyboards, direct and ensure final output aligns with vision.Recruit and onboard required creatives (motion designers, drone operators, subject-matter experts).Direct on-set direction with the founder treated as the actor; ensure scripts, sets, and direction meet the Paradox Standard.Lead the internal content team and set tempo, culture, and standards of excellence.Provide artistic direction and ensure content meets quality guidelines before publishing.Collaborate with Growth to produce assets designed to convert in ads and analyze performance to scale what works.Qualifications & ExperienceProven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and giving impactful feedback.Elite Scripting Skills: demonstrated ability to script engaging content with strong hooks and long-form storytelling.Performance Fluency: experience driving business results through content (ads, launches, conversions
