Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive brand growth in the Luxury Tech Appliances sector.
* Nurture a network of high-end kitchen dealers, design studios, showrooms, and real estate developers.
* Forge partnerships with architects, interior designers, and property developers to position the brand in exclusive projects.
* Closing key commercial deals while providing training and ongoing support to partners.
* Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and strategic initiatives.
Commercial Growth Strategy
The ideal candidate will develop a detailed 3-year roadmap and a 12-month action plan covering commercial growth strategy, marketing budget, and organizational structure and agent network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
* 5-7 years' experience in sales, key account management, or business development within luxury kitchen/furniture sectors.
* Proven track record in positioning premium brands with innovative sales strategies.
* Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
* Fluent English and at least one other foreign language.
* Excellent communication, empathy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
