Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Sales Technician located in Sordio. The Spare Parts Sales Technician will be responsible for managing shipping & receiving, inventory control, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of inventory, processing shipments, communicating with customers, and operating forklifts to move parts and equipment.
Responsibilities
• Identification and development of customized solutions that meet customer needs through data analysis with the aim of improving satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drafting, negotiation, and monitoring of technical-commercial offers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and agreed timelines.
• Entering spare parts orders into the company's ERP system and managing them in coordination with Operations and Logistics, including after-sales support and resolution of any critical issues.
• Management and monitoring of the Customer Order Portfolio based on offer analysis and the target budget.
• Periodic maintenance of spare parts price lists.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of technical drawings and capability to interpret technical documents is essential
* Knowledge of bills of materials and management of technical product data is required
* Good Experience with contract implementation in an international setting and an understanding of industry-specific regulations
* Proficiency in information systems and Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis, alongside expertise in ERP systems
* Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is preferred
* Readiness to travel, including internationally, for attending trade fairs and business meetings is necessary
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control skills
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineer's diploma
* Experience: 3-4 years in a similar position.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
