You will be a key player within the Finance organization. You are an all-round finance professional who will perform a wide variety of tasks supporting the business and the finance team. These tasks include:
* Hands-on involvement in financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, cash planning.
* Cost controlling for operational processes (production, warehouse, sourcing).
* Support in cost-efficiency improvement projects and follow-up on their progress.
* Compile and analyze month-end financial reports to ensure an accurate view of the financials.
* Preparation of annual financial statements.
* Support to external auditors.
* Collaborate closely with the production department, supply chain, and other finance team members.
* Assist in preparing accounting and tax records in compliance with local requirements.
* Report to the Finance Manager of the Italian entity.
* Requirements include a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics and/or Business Administration.
* At least 5 years of experience, ideally combining audit firm experience with reporting, controlling, or accounting roles.
* Experience in an industrial and international environment.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficient in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) and MS Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA (COPA), Celonis, and MS Power BI is a plus.
