Schedule and Start-Up Coordinator
The ideal candidate will oversee the development and updating of the Commissioning Schedule, ensuring optimal start-up sequences, minimizing work overlaps, and defining intervention priorities. The successful individual will work closely with the Planner to ensure that all start-up activities on site are carried out in compliance with the Site Safety Program, identifying and implementing Risk Assessments/Method Statements (RA/MSs). Additionally, they will guarantee that work phases are efficiently scheduled with adequate manpower and equipment, both in quantity and quality. Ensuring commissioning personnel have valid authorizations and necessary documentation is also a key responsibility. Key performance indicators include reporting Non-Conformities to the Site Manager and QA/QC Manager, as well as coordinating discipline supervisors until the plant is handed over to the Client.

Requirements:
Education: A technical high school diploma with an industrial focus is essential.
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is required for effective communication.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager on industrial construction sites, preferably with a Main EPC Contractor in CCGT and/or EfW plants with electrical output above 70 MWe. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless project execution.
