About this Role:
As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Lainate, MI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in implementing standardized processes and policies across multiple sites. You will partner with local and European leaders to drive business objectives and meet company targets.
You will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development programs. This includes individual development plans for talents, as well as coaching and supporting line managers and leaders to make strategic decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
In addition, you will address issues related to mandatory employment legislation, ensure compliance with local legal regulations, and manage labor relations. You will also partner with local EHS to drive a culture of safe practices throughout the site.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of work experience in a related occupation. Strong professional experience as an HRM in a multinational and manufacturing company is essential. You must be self-motivated, self-directed, and highly organized, with good English knowledge. Empathy and a can-do approach are also crucial.
