This is what you will do
The IT Application Manager & Functional Business Analyst – Logistics partners with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. The role focuses on functional analysis, application ownership and solution evolution within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, with limited involvement in project activities mainly related to feasibility studies
You will be responsible for
* Act as a trusted IT partner for Logistics and Supply Chain stakeholders
* Collect and analyze business requirements for the evolution of logistics applications
* Support the definition of future (“to‑be”) processes and functional solutions
* Manage logistics applications across their lifecycle, ensuring stability, compliance and continuous improvement, monitoring also their performance and adoption
* Contribute to feasibility studies, impact assessments and solution evaluations
* Support testing, documentation, change management and handover to support teams
* Ensure adequate documentation and support change management activities to facilitate adoption
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in line with ICT governance and GxP requirements
You will need to have
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific disciplines
* 5+ years of experience in IT roles, preferably as functional analyst and/or application manager
* Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
* Functional experience on SAP S/4HANA (WH, EWM, MD)
* Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and ability to work in international teams
* Clear communication and customer‑oriented approach
* Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude
* English: minimum B2 level
We would prefer for you to have
* Knowledge of RFID systems is considered a plus
* Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
Location
* Parma Headquarters, with hybrid working arrangement combining presence in the office and remote working
* Occasional international travel (up to 10%)
