Areajob Spa - Stage in Purchasing Office
Areajob Spa, a subsidiary of Mantova, is seeking a Purchasing Office Intern for a client company in the furniture sector.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist the manager to acquire the following skills:
1. Support in managing purchase orders.
2. Contact with suppliers for quotes and price list updates.
3. Monitoring inventory levels and delivery status.
4. Managing documentation and archiving administrative practices.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
* A degree or diploma in technical subjects.
* Good knowledge of Excel and main IT tools.
* Organizational skills and precision.
* Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
Additional Information
We offer an internship with the possibility of stabilization, training, and mentoring. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
