Talent Acquisition Specialist - Internship
Location: Stezzano (BG)
Mission
We are looking for a passionate intern recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in a variety of tasks.
What will you do?
Supporting the management of full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the talent management team
Help increase the recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs.
Contribute to tools and process improvement projects.
Assist in the employer branding initiatives and activities.
Will help you to be successful?
Bachelor or Master' s degree in Management of Human Resources or similar;
Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
Strong ability to organize and monitor
Positive approach and enthusiasm
Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects
Fluency in Italian and English.
