Position Grade 15 Reporting To Sustainability Manager Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on OHS. You will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge, offering solutions, and ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. The work model for this role is: Li-Hybrid. This position contributes to the Smart Power division in Bergamo. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the HSE team to understand obligations, liabilities, and how to fulfill roles according to HSE law and ABB policies. Promoting an exemplary health and safety culture and environmental awareness throughout the organization. Engaging stakeholders to raise awareness of and commitment to ABB’s sustainability objectives, and reporting on performance and progress. Ensuring availability and proper use of HSE equipment and tools, planning training, and ensuring compliance with management systems. Supporting HSE and Sustainability projects and safety activities, including laboratory safety. Assisting with the implementation of software platforms related to HSE training, waste management, and health surveillance. Handling reporting activities related to the SPI platform connected to Energy and Environment. You will join a high-performing team where you can thrive. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in HSE roles. Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Environmental Safety Engineering, Prevention and Safety in the Process Industry, or related fields. Proficiency with main Microsoft Office tools. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional teams with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
