He/she will manage and plan projects according to Business Line and platform roadmaps to ensure key customer agevolazioni, product cost, quality, reliability, competitiveness, time-to-market and disturbance-free operational processes and who will ensure globally harmonized platforms, minimizing variants and components needed. He/she will have a deep knowledge of the tools and applications build around the platform to maintain existing product configurations, develop new releases of the product and plan future developments of the product according to the Business needs. He/she will also ensure the quality and the reliability of the platform and correct quality problems, if needed. He/she will take care of the design of Electrical components and electrification wiring diagrams using CAD tools. He/she will take care of system level requirements and specification for Electronics designs The candidate will have a great opportunity to move towards more customer driven activities and act as a business partner. Pr ofessional requirements: Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Automation engineering; Background in some special power electronics areas such as main circuit design, power semiconductors, thermal design, power supply design, or active line bridge or motor bridge design. Product/project management background; Italian Language is preferred; Fluent English; Basic knowledge of programming languages and APIs is a plus; Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) is a plus; Leadership: inspire, energize and coach the team and celebrate success; Collaboration: establish strong working relationships and effective internal/external network; Negotiation skills; Product Change Management; Electrical CAD knowledge is a plus Ability to work in a multicultural team is a must We believe in diversity, inclusion and equity.
