Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager
About the Job:
Hay’s is seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our technology support services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the team to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate the technology support services team.
* Familiar with Change and Configuration Management processes.
* Understanding of ITIL/ITSM concepts (nice-to-have ITIL Foundations v3 certification).
* Mentor and coach service provider onsite leads to be successful and develop the skills necessary to serve as the future model for this activity.
* Monitor workflows, develop quality control procedures and testing to deliver high-quality and proven solutions to end-users.
* Manage technology vendor relationships and service agreements for hardware, software, and applications.
* Communicate effectively to establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Functions, employees, and third parties.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite.
* Review of root cause of all incidents and use this information to identify Problem Management opportunities.
* Second point of contact for technical support team.
