This role ensures that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value to users. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time. /li liWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals. /li liManage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. /li liOversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. /li liImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications. /li liDevelop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce applications. /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize the use of Salesforce within the organization. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 ul liExtensive experience in Salesforce application development and management. /li liDeep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development, integrations, and best practices.
