The candidate will manage key investor relationships in Italy Monaco. /p h3Primary Functions Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to and shape a marketing strategy specific to product and investor type. /li liActively and continuously map the target market and identify opportunities. /li liMaintain a continuous dialogue with the book of clients to understand their objectives and needs, and position the appropriate strategy or product. /li liManage and deepen existing, and build new long‑term business relationships with key decision makers using a consultative sales approach. /li liCultivate business relationships with the wider community to stay informed on market, industry, peer group, regulatory and product trends. /li liPromote and enhance Ares’ profile through industry events and conferences. /li liInteract continuously with internal Ares stakeholders to stay on top of market trends, developments, and fund performance while providing feedback on client sentiment and behaviour. /li liContribute to Ares’ product development by providing feedback to internal teams on investor demand. /li liArticulate Ares’ investment processes, strategies, and platform in a concise and fluid manner. /li /ul h3Education/Certification /h3 ul liAdvanced degree or equivalent preferred. /li /ul h3Required Knowledge /h3 ul liFluent in Italian English. French would be a plus. /li liPrevious role in sales for Asset Management / Alternative Investments firm. /li liKnowledge of alternative investment products such as Real Estate, Credit, Infrastructure, and / or Private Equity is preferred. /li liNetwork of professional contacts in the institutional investment community and a track record of navigating in the relevant institutional segments. /li liAbility to travel. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul li7-10 years of relevant experience. /li liDemonstrated track record of achieving objectives. /li /ul h3Skills/Abilities /h3 ul liSeasoned professional with high energy, enthusiasm and drive. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to multi‑task in fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Reporting Relationships /h3 pThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
