Discussing and reaching agreements on price increase, LTA/LTC and relevant contractual terms. /liliLeading and facilitation of pricing negotiations and contract discussions. /liliManagement of the entire sourcing process (Direct Material or Capex and Services), developing supply base management strategies that lead to lowest total cost in terms of quality, lead time, delivery, and pricing. /liliBuild up forecast and budget estimations of Suppliers managed. /liliMaintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new sourcing opportunities. /liliMonitor market trends included competitor’s move and key supplier’s in the industry. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations. /liliPrepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives. /liliEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. /li /ulh3DESIDERED SKILLS /h3ulliElectrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree or similar degree will be considered a plus /liliAt least 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the electrification or electrical manufacturing sector. /liliGood knowledge of electrical components, systems, and electrification technologies (e.g., EV batteries, emotor and inverter, power electronics etc). /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. /liliProficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP systems is a plus. /liliAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. /liliProficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. /liliProficiency both in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
