Position Snapshot - Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ - Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics - Full-time internship (6 months) - Start date: March Position Summary - You will have the opportunity to support the Marketing team in implementing the brand plan among an international strategy in the Grocery/GDO channel, for the complex and challenging SNACKS brands world and FELIX - You will discover the main meal category under FELIX brand and the cat & dog snacks segment working with two different brand managers within the team - You will support the team to analyse market and monitor brand performances, to develop and implement communication campaigns and consumer activities, to manage budget spending and to support sales force in the implementation of Point Of Sales Activation. A day in the life of - Brand performance Market analysis (sell-out data Purina brands and competitors) with identification of key trends and relevant performances in order to deeply understand Market dynamics - Project management including POS materials, digital communication and consumer contests development and implementation - Taking part into the packaging approval process - Website management in cooperation with ad hoc Digital team - Internal meeting preparation and presentation - Management (semi-autonomous) of Marketing expenses - Co-operation with other business functions to monitor brand performances - Proactive communication with Sales Force in order to give the right support to in-store activities and visibility - Support the brand managers to implement plans and activation at local level in line with European brand strategy - Collaboration with agencies and suppliers What will make you successful - Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics - Analytical mindset to understand market dynamics and critical point of view - Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills - Passionate about marketing - Result Focus with auto-organization skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines - Quick Problem solving - Ability to manage complexity in a flexible and agile way - Curiosity and proactivity - Team player - Fluent in English & Italian We are Nestlé.
