This is not a generalist design role. You will be embedded within the Trading UIs and Execution vertical, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and front‑end engineers to design trade tickets, charting interfaces, order management systems, and the full range of real‑time financial UI that traders depend on every day. You will be expected to understand the domain deeply — financial instruments, order types, execution flows, risk displays — and translate that complexity into clean, precise, and highly usable interfaces across different devices.
You will work within a shared Figma design system, upholding and extending it with the same care and rigour you bring to your own output. You're the kind of designer who finds satisfaction in a perfectly crafted component, a flawless handoff, and a build that matches the design intent pixel for pixel.
This role is remote, with required occasional travel to London.
