We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Specialist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Use Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data
Operationalize data science and machine learning solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise data
Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem
5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning
~ Strong hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis
~ Proficiency in Python and SQL
~ Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
