Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver value and quality to our customers. /ppHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE /pulliAnalyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and levers to improve operational performance (collecting data and meaningful elements during on-site analysis and dedicated workshops). /liliIdentify and propose improvement solutions to the client, jointly validating the roadmap to achieve the objectives. /liliManaging, collaborating, and motivating their team to maximize results. /liliCoaching client teams to achieve results beyond expectations. /liliAchieve top management satisfaction by bringing required solutions and meeting defined milestones. /liliDeveloping own know-how and knowledge network in the areas of operational excellence. /li /ulpWHO YOU ARE /pulliMaster’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics /liliStrong experience (6 to 10 years) in Risk Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Insurance market players /liliKnowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processes /liliDeep knowledge of Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS’s regulations, ESG and sustainability impacts on Insurance industry /liliExperiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework for insurance companies /liliEstimation process of Technical Provisions, local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plus /liliExperience in managing complex regulatory transforming projects with one or more teams under his own responsibility /liliCapability to establish direct relationships with CxOs of the insurance companies (CRO, CFO, Compliance officer, Internal Audit Officer, Actuarial function, Chief of investments, etc.) /liliAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite /liliKnowledge of analytics tools such as Python and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciated /liliProactive with excellent initiative, autonomous and results oriented /liliRigorous and pragmatic with good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills /liliPrevious experience in managing extended / international teams and running projects in autonomy /liliKeen on coaching and training younger resources /liliExcellent level of Italian and English.
