Your role Responsibilities Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations Ensure all accounting documents and transactions comply with local law and tax regulations Maintain day-to-day financial, accounting, administrative, and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations Manage monthly and periodic statutory reporting Prepare all official reports and tax returns Perform monthly payroll operations in coordination with the outsourcing company Handle various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by the Business Controller Participate in all audit processes: internal and external, including preparing reports, statements, and reconciliations Provide accurate and timely figures and reports; raise red flags when necessary Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations; inform relevant colleagues Follow internal procedures and rules applicable to this position Implement accounting procedures within the department Support other departments with financial and fiscal information Participate actively and sometimes lead internal accounting and reporting projects Use company assets efficiently and cost-effectively Manage filing, storage, and security of documents Handle all credit and collection activities Improve KPIs related to credit and collection Continuously seek to improve efficiency in the accounting department To succeed, you will need Technical skills Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential Proficiency in English, both spoken and written Good understanding of local and fiscal regulations Ability to work efficiently and handle stressful situations Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proactive approach to highlight warning signals and implement action plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fiscal and accounting issues and business analysis Experience requirements Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of financial, fiscal, and management accounting Good understanding of ERP systems and their functionality Expertise in Excel and working knowledge of PowerBI Degree in economics or related field Personality requirements Good communication skills and ability to understand various functions and situations Strong interpersonal skills Organized work approach Active, dynamic, motivated individual with good communication management skills Job location: Castello D'Agogna (PV) J-18808-Ljbffr
