Attività Offrire ai Clienti un’esperienza di vendita di qualità, seguendo le linee guida della Maison e garantendo un’accoglienza calorosa, volta a instaurare una relazione solida e duratura. Gestire le obiezioni dei Clienti in modo efficace e proattivo, dimostrando empatia e capacità di problem solving. Collaborare e interagire con il team all’interno del proprio perimetro di competenza, contribuendo a un ambiente di lavoro positivo e orientato al risultato.
Conoscere le dinamiche del mondo del Lusso e rispettare gli standard di immagine e comportamento previsti dalla Boutique.
Requisiti Diploma di istruzione superiore e/o Laurea. Forte interesse e motivazione a lavorare nel settore Moda e Lusso. Spiccato orientamento alla collaborazione e al lavoro di squadra. Ottime capacità relazionali, da sviluppare in un contesto multiculturale. Eccellente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Disponibilità a lavorare full-time (40 ore settimanali), su turnazioni che possono includere la domenica.
