👉 Your missions?
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and related retail platforms to support business processes and drive solution improvements.
• Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze retail and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to refine solutions and prioritize enhancements.
• Design business scenarios, use cases, and process flows, coordinating testing activities and validating solutions.
• Prepare training materials and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to end users and support teams.
• Participate in issue analysis and third-level support activities, promoting best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
✍️ Your profile?
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail and supply chain processes, with experience in ERP and POS systems in retail environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain or similar platforms; familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in international, multicultural teams.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience with Design Thinking principles or in large international retail transformation projects would be a plus.

💰 Compensation & Pay Transparency
• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26000 – EUR 50000).
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
