We are present in more than 10 countries including France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco, and the US.Born in 2020, TNP Italia supports key players in automotive, retail, fashion & luxury, and transport sectors, while expanding its footprint in banking and insurance.Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver measurable value to our customers.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing the full lifecycle of automation initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:Collecting and structuring automation requirements from clientsAssessing automation feasibility (RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps)Translating business needs into functional specificationsManaging project planning, milestones, and delivery governanceCoordinating development activities and monitoring progressOrganizing UAT sessions and supporting go-live phasesMonitoring automation performance and value realization (hours saved, error reduction, cycle time improvement)You will ensure that automation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.As part of the consulting team, you will also:Structure and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunitiesPrepare executive-ready deliverables and steering committee materialsDevelop strong client relationships through regular interaction and progress reviewsSupport transformation roadmaps and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to proposals and commercial initiatives in digital and automation domainsli>Support market analysis and benchmarking activitiesParticipate in strategic studies to expand TNP Italia's automation offeringWHO YOU ARE Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields2–3 years of experience in consulting or industry in: RPA projects (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar)Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Digital transformation or process automation initiatives
