Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all the service activities with local technical organizations
* Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers
* Continuous review and definition of improvements in After sales service processes
* Acquire deep knowledge of existing service agreements (customer’s service contracts) and support the preparation phase accordingly to Epta’s policy
* Manage recall campaigns in coordination with quality/non-conformity and service organizations
* Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all service activities
* Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA
* Manage of the subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdues, certification and documentations
Requirements
* Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years
* Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
* Languages: English and second Language
* Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree
The role may be performed from any location within the Veneto Region.
