Support Services Supervisor
This is a management position that oversees the administrative, clerical and logistical support services for a division. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, directing and coordinating these services.
Duties:
* Plan, direct and coordinate administrative, clerical and logistical support services for a division.
* Maintain accountability and record-keeping in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
* Establish and adhere to internal control guidelines.
* Supervise maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment and supplies.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key staff elements, specialists and supporting organizations.
Requirements:
* Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
* Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
* A one-year probationary period may be required.
* Official No-Fee Passport and Mission VISA are required.
* Citizenship eligible under country SOFA Agreement.
* Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
* Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Qualifications:
* One (1) year of work experience demonstrating ability to plan, direct and coordinate administrative, clerical and logistical support services for a division.
* OR Undergraduate degree in public administration, business administration, industrial management or other administrative or management fields related to the position.

FWS Allowances and Differentials:
* All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek.
* FWS employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts.
* FWS employees will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of their regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between 1500 and 2400.
* FWS employees will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of their regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between 2300-0800.
Incentives and Bonuses:
