As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing processes and programs related to cyclical business activities. You will work across functional areas (e.g., sales ops, finance, delivery, and HR) and conduct in-depth data analysis activities to support budget planning, monthly business reviews, and critical business decisions. You will be able to manage ad-hoc special projects that range from Executive-level business presentations to implementing internal initiatives aligned to regional strategy.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
Day-to-day you will provide operational management of standard processes and programs related to:
- Implementing internal business & financial processes to support timely, informed planning and decision-making
- Monitoring and managing cyclical business processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, including annual planning and budgeting cycles
- Identifying, planning, and executing improvement initiatives to support shared operational functions across the business
- Managing ad-hoc internal projects to support regional sales, delivery or workforce strategy initiatives
- Conducting detailed analysis of data related to sales, revenue and costs and enforcement of guidelines/policies as needed
- Helping identify and implement operational best practices across the region, providing unique viewpoints and suggestions for improvements, and fostering a diverse and transparent team environment
- Facilitating communication and information flow between business and support functions
**Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements**:Qualifications**:
- Advanced knowledge of the business of a professional services firm
- Extensive use of analytics tools including Power BI and Excel.
- Possess great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate information to multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience managing forecasting and budgeting throughout a business cycle
- Experience in project management
- Experience in consulting with a global professional services firm
- Business Fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal

You likely possess a Bachelor's degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Preferred Years of Work Experience**:
You likely have about 8-10 years of experience in project management or operations management.
