Management of alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts and ITRS rules where possible /liliIncident Management. Managing of incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment. /liliChange Management.
