For Distribution Solutions Division, Marketing & Sales unit, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Project Manager Team Lead who will lead the team of Project Managers for the execution of small to large size projects, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through project execution on time, on cost, on quality.
- Lead and develop the project management team, motivating and coaching to achieve superior performances.
- Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal (i.e. sales, product marketing and factories) and external stakeholders.
- Define all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Monitor and control projects schedule, financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
- Manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project.
- Recommending, developing, and improving processes and procedures
- Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
- Ensure the project follows and comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
**Your background**:
- Master Degree in Engineering field.
- At least five years of experience in technical or manufacturing field working as Project Manager with complex products and customers.
- Sound knowledge of low and medium voltage switchgear and the electrical industry.
- Fluent both in Italian and English.
- Effective negotiator, with solution-focused approach.
- Managerial skill, capability to work in an international environment with collaborative attitude.
